and comprehensive after-sales services. Recognizing the importance of after-sales service in customer satisfaction, we have established detailed service commitments
and processes to ensure a hassle-free experience for our clients.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE COMMITMENTS
QUALITY ASSURANCE

We pledge that all Cooling Clothing products are manufactured using premium fabrics and advanced technology, ensuring durability and effective cooling.

All customized products undergo rigorous quality checks before leaving the factory to meet client specifications.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 7 days of receipt, customers may apply for a return or exchange if products have quality issues (e.g., fabric defects, functional failures).

For customization discrepancies (e.g., size, color), customers must notify us within 3 days of receipt for negotiation based on actual circumstances.

Returns and exchanges must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

WARRANTY SERVICE

All Cooling Clothing products come with a 1-year warranty covering non-human-induced damages (e.g., fan malfunctions, circuit issues), for which we offer free repairs or replacements.

Warranty excludes damages due to improper use (e.g., incorrect cleaning, external force damage).

REPAIR SERVICE

For out-of-warranty or human-induced damages, we offer paid repair services with costs assessed based on damage severity.

Repair turnaround time is typically 7-15 working days, depending on damage extent.

ACCESSORY REPLACEMENT

Accessories such as batteries, fans, and controllers can be purchased separately through official channels.

Replacement services support mailing or in-factory exchanges.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & CONSULTATION

We provide round-the-clock technical support via phone, email, or online customer service for inquiries about product use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Detailed usage instructions and operational guidance are provided for customized Cooling Clothing features.

• Removing batteries and turning off power when not in use for extended periods.
